1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Agence IP website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Agence IP provides social media, paid advertising, website and search engine optimization (SEO) services, as well as artificial intelligence and automation services. The details of each project are defined in a separate agreement between Agence IP and the client.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Agence IP and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
4. Client portal
Access to the client portal is reserved for clients with an active account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Payments and billing
Payment terms are defined in the individual project contract. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
6. Limitation of liability
Agence IP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms defined in the project contract. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Modifications
Agence IP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
