Information collected by our forms
When you fill out a form, we collect your name, your email and, if you provide them, your company name, your need, your budget and your message. We use them only to answer you and prepare a proposal.
How we use your information
Your information is used to: provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your project, send relevant updates (with your consent), analyze site usage to improve our offerings, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. This information passes through Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), is stored in our customer relationship management tool and is sent to us by email through Resend. Some of these providers may process data outside Quebec.
Audience measurement
We measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without ad tracking.
Data protection
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
Retention
We keep a prospect's information for at most 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@agenceip.com. You can also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
